The range comes in Milk, Dark, and White and is available in both retail and food service sizes. CocoaCentric food service rocky road is widely used in delis, cafes and various retail outlets including confectionery stores, wineries, coffee shops and patisseries. It can be cut and sold by the piece, or re-packaged and sold by weight. Available in 3kg blocks.
